Everton, West Ham and Leeds reportedly in 7-way race for impressive attacker

As per ESPN, Leicester City youngster Josh Eppiah is attracting a lot of suitors both home and abroad following a splendid campaign with the youth teams.

Premier League quartet Bournemouth, Everton, Stoke City and West Ham, Championship duo Leeds and Wolves and Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig are all keeping tabs on the 19-year-old striker, while the Foxes are looking to hold on to a player they rate so highly.

Eppiah recently attracted the Toffees following his performances against them in the Premier League Cup, as he grabbed the winner in a 2-1 victory earlier this month.

The Belgium youth international is admired by Everton’s first-team coach Craig Shakespeare, who only recently arrived Goodison Park following his sacking at Leicester City at the beginning of the campaign.

The Merseysiders had 4 youth team products start against Liverpool at the weekend, and their history of handing youngsters opportunities could tempt Eppiah.

Leeds could also lure the Belgian to Elland Road, with Championship football often seen as a perfect stepping stone for young players coming through the ranks.
