According to reports, Liverpool and Leicester City are considering a move for West Brom loanee Ahmed Hegazi.
Hegazi has been one of the most impressive players for the Baggies this season since joining from Egyptian club Al Ahly on loan and has churned out a number of man of the match displays.
One of Liverpool’s weaknesses has been their defense and this is one area in which manager Jurgen Klopp is looking to bolster his options. Hegazi is said to be one of the names that the club are monitoring.
Leicester are also monitoring Hegazi and their head of recruitment Eduardo Macia previously worked with the player while at Fiorentina.
However West Brom do have an option in the loan deal which they struck with Al Ahly where they will have an option to buy Hegazi for €5 million once his current loan deal comes to an end.
