Everton attacker wanted by Italian giants

According to Italian source Calcio Mercato, Italian club Fiorentina have joined the likes of Juventus, Barcelona and Manchester United in the race to sign Everton striker Henry Onyekuru.

Onyekuru was snapped up by the Toffees during the summer transfer window from Belgian club KAS Eupen.

The Toffees however opted to loan him out to Belgian giants Anderlecht in order to gain more first team experience.

So far the Nigerian has exceeded expectations as he has gone on to net several goals from 14 games in all competitions.

Onyekuru has indicated a desire to return to Everton during the January transfer window and assist his side who are currently struggling.

Everton could clearly do with some extra firepower up front. The club has struggled in front of goal since Romelu Lukaku left the club to join Manchester United during the summer and Onyekuru will be a good addition to the side.
