According to reports, Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce is wanted by English football legend David Beckham for a franchise that will launch in Miami.
The Sun have reported that once Beckham gets the go-ahead to launch his Miami FC, he will contact Bruce to inquire about the possibility of him becoming manager of the club.
Bruce is currently attempting to get Villa promoted to the Premier League next season and should he succeed, it will be unlikely that he will be willing to leave. However should he fail to achieve his mission, he may possibly weigh up his options.
Beckham spent five years of his playing career between 2007-2012 with Los Angeles Galaxy in the United States and it was that stint which influenced him into launching his own club in the country.
Soccer is a growing sport in the United States and Beckham is aware of the fact that it has plenty of business opportunity in the country.
