According to reports, Spanish giants Barcelona are refusing to go close to Liverpool’s current valuation of their star Philippe Coutinho.
Barcelona were expected to send a delegation over to England in the next two weeks to try and reopen talks over securing a deal to bring Coutinho to the Camp Nou.
Coutinho is said to still be keen to move to Barcelona having tried to seal a move by handing a transfer request during the summer transfer window.
Barcelona made the Brazilian a priority target during the summer transfer window and made three bids for him, all of which were rejected by the Reds.
They are expected to once again attempt to sign him in January but will not go near the €150 million which Liverpool are demanding.
Barcelona will reportedly not offer anything higher than €100 million and could look elsewhere should Liverpool prove to be difficult to deal with.
