According to reports, Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho wants his club to reject any bids for PSG for his services as he is focused on securing a move to Barcelona.
Coutinho was strongly linked with a move to the Spanish giants during the summer transfer window and even handed in a transfer request to Liverpool in order to try and force through a move.
Liverpool however remained adamant that they would not sell. The cash-rich French giants PSG have now reportedly been linked with a move for the Brazilian.
Coutinho’s relationship with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is now said to be tarnished due to the German’s refusal to let him leave.
Barcelona are expected to once again attempt to sign Coutinho in January as they look to find a long-term replacement for the veteran Andries Iniesta. It is likely that they will end up succeeding. Liverpool will eventually be left with no choice but to sell.
