Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp remains adamant that his side can win the Premier League this season.
Klopp is in South Africa this week and took part in a fans question and answer session where he said: “There are two teams that are owned by a country in Europe, so it makes it difficult to win the Champions League. But in England, we can win the Premier League, but we need a bit of luck.”
The Reds are currently in 5th place on the League standings after taking 19 points from their opening 11 games and they are already 12 points adrift of first placed Manchester City.
The Reds are currently on a good run of form having won their last three matches in succession.
However their performances as a whole this season have been underwhelming given that their defence has looked leaky especially during the 5-0 defeat against Manchester City and during the 4-1 loss against Tottenham.
