Pundit reveals how West Ham can get treble-winning manager to replace Bilic

West Ham have parted ways with Slaven Bilic after the Croatian manager could only help the Hammers to 2 league wins this term.

6 losses and 3 draws after 11 games have condemned the west London outfit to 18th position on the table log, and the search for a successor to Bilic has gotten underway.

Former Tottenham and Manchester United striker Alan Brazil reckons Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers will be a perfect fit for the job, and he believes the lure of Premier League football could be too appealing for the Northern Irishman to turn down.

The former Liverpool boss has made history with Celtic, helping them to a domestic treble in an unbeaten campaign last term – an impressive run that has since extended to a British record 63 games.

Switching Parkhead for the London stadium seems impossible for Rodgers at this point of the season, but Brazil believes West Ham have a chance.

According to the talkSport pundit, a juicy contract could be all that is needed to further tempt the Hoops boss.

He revealed on his breakfast show: “Celtic wouldn’t pay the most money. If suddenly he was getting a few quid to come, and treble wages [he might go].”

Former Everton, Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland manager David Moyes is widely tipped to take over the reins at West Ham, with lots of reports claiming he would be appointed before the end of the international break.
