Boost for Liverpool as target to take his current club to court

Liverpool target Zeca is going to take his current club Santos to court over money owed to him and demand a contract termination, as reported by the Daily Mirror.

Zeca has alleged that his club Santos owes him money and has decided to take the club to court to get his contract cancelled in hopes of earning a move elsewhere.

This decision by the 23-year-old has infuriated Santos supporters, who have threatened the player but nonetheless, it looks like the Brazilian will persist with his charges against the club.

This means that if Zeca wins the case, he will be relieved of his contract with Santos and consequently have opportunity to move elsewhere.

One of those destinations for Zeca is possibly Liverpool, who were interested in the left-back during the summer but stopped their pursuit after realizing that the Brazilian would be ineligible to earn a work-permit in England.

Recently though, Zeca has earned managed to earn an Italian passport which makes him eligible to earn his move to Europe and Liverpool can realistically hope of landing the full-back.
