Despite his club having beaten Huddersfield Town 3-0 this weekend, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has seemingly conceded that Manchester City will win the League this season.
City are flying high in the Premier League and currently have 28 points from their 10 games so far after recording a 3-2 win over West Brom on Saturday.
Despite winning this weekend, Liverpool have been largely underwhelming in the League and are 12 points adrift of City, with only 16 points from their ten games.
The Reds do not look like they will be title contenders this season and a top four finish will be a more realistic ambition for them.
Klopp was asked by French site SFR Sport whether a team could win the league playing attacking football and he replied saying: “Ask Pep Guardiola at Manchester City when does he think. At this moment it looks like they are champions in January or something but it’s not about doing it this way or doing it that way.
“It’s about doing it the right way for your own team. That’s the one thing and we have to respect what the other teams and they do a very good job, too.’”
