Arsenal great Thierry Henry has revealed that he thinks that Mohamed Salah will continue to get better for Liverpool during the coming seasons.
Since arriving at the Reds during the summer from Roma, Salah has gone on to become an important member of the side and has so far scored four goals and made one assist from eight Premier League games.
Salah will likely play a crucial role for Jurgen Klopp’s team this season as they look to win major silverware. Though the 25 year old was unable to help his side defeat Manchester United on Saturday, he has been one of the great players for his side this season.
Henry said: “For me, he is special. He has something special and I think he is a special player and will be a special player for Liverpool. I like the fact that he’s direct, we don’t have a lot of players like that in the game anymore.
“He doesn’t want to see the ball at his feet, he wants it in behind. And yes, some people will say he needs four opportunities to score a goal.
“But when he’s going to be able to finish all the opportunities that he has, he will be more than lethal for this club.”
