West Ham linked Jack Wilshere has indicated that he will be in the Arsenal match day squad for the game against Watford on Saturday.
Wilshere who has unfortunately endured a series of injuries during his career has yet to play in the Premier League for the Gunners this season though he did feature in the Carabao Cup and Europa League.
He is reportedly going to push for a place in the England squad for the 2018 World Cup and is willing to leave the club in January should he not receive regular game time with the Gunners, with West Ham reportedly interested.
Wilshere indicated that he could be in the Arsenal match day squad by tweeting that is ready for tomorrow on Friday.
However Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger recently stated that Wilshere is getting close to returning to the first team when he said: “I hope he goes to the World Cup. I believe that Jack, at the moment, is in the best form I’ve seen him in for a long time.
“He’s very close now to being considered like anybody else. I believe he doesn’t necessarily have to leave Arsenal to reach the World Cup.”
