According to reports, both Manchester United and Tottenham are tracking the progress of Harvey Neville who is the son of Everton legend Phil Neville.
The youngster joined Valencia when Phil took up a coaching role at the club in 2014 and remained with the clubs academy even after his father lost his job.
The youngster has impressed and is said to be earning comparisons to English football legend David Beckham and this has alerted scouts from both Spurs and United.
The Red Devils reportedly made an effort to bring the 15-year-old to their academy last summer while Spurs are said to be monitoring the situation.
Judging by the way the youngster is progressing, he could become a senior professional football within the next two years.
Spurs and United should aim to sign him very early as his price will only escalate as he continues to develop with age.
