Former Fulham and Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has revealed that he feels that West Ham goalkeeper Joe Hart will improve.
After being deemed surplus to requirements at Manchester City by Pep Guardiola, Hart joined the Hammers on loan for this season.
He has not started off life at the East London club on a good note as the club has gone on to lose four out of the six opening games in the Premiership with Hart in goal.
The Hammers have conceded 13 goals in the process and Hart has come under criticism with some experts calling for him to be demoted as first choice for the England national team.
Despite Hart’s form being underwhelming thus far, Schwarzer believes that it will improve and said, “Joe Hart is a very good goalkeeper, England’s No.1.
“Obviously, he had a difficult season recently but to come back to England and playing for West Ham would be very good for his career and maintaining No.1 in England team.
“He would need time to adjust in West Ham. It’s a very different team to Man City. West Ham is not performing very well until now, but I think it won’t be long for Joe Hart to play his best.”
