Sunderland reportedly plotting a move for Premier League attacker

According to reports, West Brom forward Tyler Roberts is attracting interest from a host of clubs including the likes of Sunderland, Ipswich Town and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Roberts is a product of the West Brom youth development system, having been with the club since he was seven and is highly rated after having made his Premier League debut in January 2016.

The 18-year-old Roberts is currently on loan with League One side Walsall, where he is learning his trade by getting more first team action.

He started life at the club in impressive fashion after scoring and adding an assist on debut to lead his side to a 3-3 draw against Bradford City, with his side coming from 3-0 down.

There will be many clubs trying to sign the youngster when he becomes available in ten months time. The Baggies will also be trying to keep him at the Hawrthorns as he is showing plenty of promise.
