Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce has tipped Josh Onomah to be a great success.
Onomah joined the Villains on loan from Tottenham this summer and is one of the most highly rated young prospects in English football. Spurs opted to join the youngster as he would have been unlikely to feature much this season.
At Villa, he will be able to gain match experience and the North London club will also be able to gauge his progress.
Onomah seems to be learning a lot and quickly adapting to Championship football and he did impressively by finding the back of the net during Villa’s 1-1 draw with Bristol City on Friday evening.
Bruce has now gone on to praise the youngster, who earned his side a point, saying, “I was delighted for Josh. He’s walked in the door and he’s had a run of games in a matter of weeks.
“It’s great experience for him and he will have enjoyed the goal today in front of the Villa supporters.”
