In the previous several weeks Celtic have brought in several quality players such as Olivier Ntcham, Kundai Benyu, and Jonny Hayes and it appears that they are not willing to stop there as their next target is John McGinn – according to Winner Sports.
The Hibernian FC star has been interesting many clubs during this summer and Celtic have often been linked with the talented midfielder.
The 22-year-old has two years more on his contract with the Cabbages, but the team from Edinburgh are said to be willing to listen to some offers.
However, Winner Sport also reports that Ipswich Town could spoil this plan as they are interested in McGinn also.
The creative midfielder started his professional career at St Mirren, where he spent three years. In 97 games he scored 4 goals, and in the summer of 2015, McGinn joined Hibernian. So far in 65 matches for Hibs, he has netted 7 times.
There is no doubt that he would represent a valuable addition for the Bhoys.
