West Ham United reportedly ready to offload flop

According to reports, West Ham United are ready to offload Robert Snodgrass despite the player having only joined the club in January from Hull City for £10 million.

Snodgrass was brought during the January transfer window following impressive performances for Hull during the first half of the season as well as to add creativity to the side following the departure of Dimitri Payet to Marseille.

However he failed to impress and did not find the back of the net from 15 appearances.

Slaven Bilic’s side are now looking to cut their losses and sell the 29-year-old Snodgrass.  Though they may be able to recoup some of the funds, the fact that Snodgrass has not played well combined with the fact that he signed a three-and-a-half year contract means that it is likely that they will suffer a loss.

Considering that Snodgrass only arrived in January, it is surprising that he is not being given more opportunities.
