Rangers Director makes encouraging admission about transfer activity

It’s been a very busy summer at Rangers Football Club so far as the preseason ramps up. The transfer window has already seen Gers bring in eight new players for manager Pedro Caixinha ahead of his first full season with the team.

The biggest signing was 35-year-old Portuguese center back Bruno Alves. The former FC Porto man is just a number of targets that have all signed on for them thus far and according to Rangers Managing Director Stewart Robertson, Caixinha has got everyone he’s wanted so far.

Robertson told RangersTV that “we managed to get all of the targets he has asked for so far.” and the fans of the Gers can gear up for more, as the Director continued by saying “and there are a couple that we are still chasing and hopefully… we can bring them in.”

This will be very welcome news for fans of Rangers, who know that the side needs quantity and quality after last season’s disappointing third place finish. The side will get off to a start this Wednesday in Europa League action.
