Mateusz Klich becomes Leeds United’s first signing of the summer. According to the BBC, the Polish international has signed a three year deal at Elland Road.
27-year-old has joined Leeds from Dutch Eredivisie side Twente, and the potential value of this transfer is around £1.5 million.
Klich has played for several teams in his career, including Cracovia, PEC Zwolle and 1. FC Kaiserslautern and during the previous season, he appeared 29 times for Twente, producing 8 goals and 6 assists.
Klich also has been a member of Polish national team on 10 occasions and was a regular in youth selections.
Leeds boss Thomas Christiansen will get a very creative playmaker in Klich, who can improve Leeds game to a great measure. With Klich as a part of the squad, the Peacocks’ chances for returning to the Premier League are much bigger.
