According to BBC Sport, Reece Oxford, a young West Ham defender, will go on a season-long loan to Borussia Monchengladbach.
Oxford, who has been compared to Rio Ferdinand, is a talented prospect, and his loan spells should provide him with a chance to collect much-needed experience.
At the age of 16, Reece Oxford had his debut game for the Hammers in a Europa League game in 2015. Nowadays, this 18-year-old is still an unpolished diamond, and he spent five months of last season on loan at Reading.
The defender signed a new four-and-a-half-year contract with the Hammers in December 2016, and it seems that Slaven Bilic is counting on him as a long-term solution in the back line.
Oxford has had a medical ahead of his move to Germany, and he will spend the next season away from the London Stadium.
