West Ham reportedly have to pay £7.87million to sign attacker

The arrival of Henry Onyekuru at London stadium will cost as much as £7.87 million, according to sources close to Daily Mail.

The 20-year-old striker is currently playing with Belgian side Eupen, but his talks with the Hammers have been ongoing and extensive. On other words, West Ham is interested in signing the attacker, but his price tag could be higher than expected.

The Hammers will have to pay a sizeable £7.87million to get the deal done and also secure a working permit for the player.

Due to this fact, West Ham boss Slaven Bilic could be reconsidering his decision to sign Onyekuru, but he shouldn’t be waiting too long since Arsenal are also interested in the striker.

Onyekuru scored 25 goals for Eupen last season, and he also recorded 14 assists, guiding his team to Europa League qualifications. Bilic needs to strengthen his front line, and it seems that talented Onyekuru could be a long-term solution for the Hammers.
