After a fantastic performance against England at Hampden Park last Saturday, Celtic star Leigh Griffiths might end up in Premier League – according to the Daily Mirror.
The striker is allegedly on the shortlist for West Bromwich Albion’s manager Tony Pulis this summer, and Newcastle have also shown some interest in Scot.
During the previous season, Griffiths scored 18 goals in 35 appearances for the Hoops and was a key player in all of their performances.
Since 2014 when Griffiths landed and Celtic Park, he made 142 appearances and netted 85 times, becoming one of the icons of theclub, and receiving multiple individual honors and awards.
It is reported that the potential value of this transfer is £6 million and that Celtic officials will accept the aforementioned offer.
The potential transfer of Griffiths, however, a huge blow for 4-time consecutive Scottish champions, as Moussa Dembele already hinted at a departure from Glasgow, and losing two important forwards would inevitably affect the team.
