Manchester City will allegedly allow 30-year-old to join West Ham

Joe Hart

According to reports, Manchester City will allow West Ham to take goalkeeper Joe Hart on loan should they not manage to find a buyer for the England first choice goalkeeper.

Hart was frozen out of City’s first team plans this past season by manager Pep Guardiola and spent last season on loan with Serie A side Torino. Though he was a regular in the Torino side this past season, the club opted not to make the deal permanent as they cannot afford the players salary on a regular basis.

Despite the interest from West Ham, Hart has recently admitted that he has received no solid offers as yet, saying, “I would love to give you a poker-straight answer, but I’ve got nothing at the moment because I think people are focused on international duty and respecting that players are focusing on international duty,”

It remains to be seen who Hart will join, though it is highly likely that he will find a new club ahead of next season.
