Crystal Palace reportedly plan to hijack West Ham’s £20million move for attacker

As the sources close to the Mirror are reporting, Kelechi Iheanacho could snub West Ham in favor of Crystal Palace, who are also interested in signing the young and highly talented striker.

The Nigerian striker is available for a summer move, if the price is right, and it seems that the Hammers are now having second thoughts about splashing the cash on the Man City attacker.

However, the price tag of £20 million is not too much to Crystal Palace, who are waiting to ambush the deal and swoop the player.

Several other high-profile teams are competing for Iheanacho’s services, including Everton and Swansea.

Iheanacho did not have an astounding last season, with only 8 goals scored, but it is fair to say that his playing time was severely limited.

For instance, he was much more prolific during the 2015/16 campaign when he managed to score 14 times for the City. West Ham or Palace could certainly use such an addition up front.
