According to reports, Everton and West Ham are two clubs that have enquired about the possibility of signing Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore.

A source of Traore said to French source Football Mercato, “Bertrand is in great demand and offers are flooding in. Everton, West Ham, Borussia Mochengladbach, Lille, Lyon and Schalke made firm offers to Chelsea. One of the clubs even offered €17 million.”

The 21-year-old Traore is currently on holiday, having spent this past season on loan with Dutch club Ajax. During the past season, he played 39 matches in all competitions, scoring 13 goals and recording six assists.

The Burkisa Faso international is thought to want to leave Chelsea in order to continue his development while the Premier League winners are unsure of what to do with him. At this stage, Traore needs to play first team football and finding a club where he can play regularly will be a good move.
