According to reports, Everton are interested in West Ham midfielder Pedro Obiang. The Toffees will however have to fork out £15 million should they wish to land the player.
Obiang was one of the impressive players in an otherwise misfiring West Ham side last season and his performances have caught the attention of number of clubs including the Toffees as well as AC Milan and Sevilla.
The Hammers are keen to extend the current contract of Obiang, which has two years left to run especially considering that he performed well for them this season.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman is reportedly targeting the Spanish international as a replacement for James McCarthy, who is expected to depart the Merseyside club in search of regular first team football elsewhere.
Obiang became a fan-favorite among West Ham fans last season and finished as runner up in the Hammer of the Year award behind Michel Antonio.
