West Ham and Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in signing former Newcastle defender Davide Santon this summer.
The 26-year-old Santon has struggled for game time this season for current club Inter Milan and may be open to offers in order to play more regularly.
Though Palace are currently without a manager, they will need to bolster their squad especially considering that they were relegation threatened for much of last season.
West Ham also need to improve their squad after a largely disappointing first season at the London Stadium during which they finished in 11th position. Slaven Bilic will know that he will also need to bolster his defence.
Santon previously was impressive during his time in England with the Magpies and his addition will be useful for both clubs. The Italian international is also a very versatile player who is capable of playing on both the left and right flanks.
