Former Arsenal star Ray Parlour has said that he feels that Jack Wilshere should leave the Gunners and that West Ham will be the ideal club for him.
The injury prone Wilshire spent this season on loan with Bournemouth after his chances of first team action for the Gunners appeared to be slim.
Whilst indicating that the time is right for Wilshere to leave the Emirates Stadium, Parlour said, “Does he want to try and fight for his position at Arsenal or does he want to go out to a club and play?
“Another club, West Ham might be ideal for Jack Wilshere. I think if he wants to play on a regular basis, yes (I think he should leave), I really do.”
Since Wilshere has just one year remaining on his contract with Arsenal, there is a good chance that Arsene Wenger’s side will listen to offers made for the player this summer.
