Slaven Bilic outlines West Ham’s transfer plans this summer

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has revealed that he wishes to sign “game changers” for his club this summer. The Hammers finished this past season in 11th position and will be hoping for a marked improvement next year.

Bilic said on West Ham TV, “We need quality players. Of course you always need quality players, but sometimes you are buying players for the future, sometimes you are buying players for the squad to be back-ups and all that, but we are good in that department.

“Okay, we can talk about, if some of the players go, we can refresh the team with new players, but mainly we need the players who are going to improve the quality and be the game-changers.”

They are reportedly keen on bringing many new faces to the club over the summer and did so by recently signing Pablo Zabaleta who has been released from City.

In addition to this, the Hammers are also reported to be interested in luring City striker Kelechi Iheanacho in order to boost their form in front of goal.
