Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has played down reports linking him with a return to the English Premier League, amid speculation linking him with the Arsenal position.
When asked by BT Sport about whether he could leave Celtic, Rodgers responded, “I signed here for four years because I believe I can impose my way of working here and accept responsibility to take the club to what they want to achieve”.
The Bhoys have had a phenomenal season. They have won the Scottish League Cup and also already clinched the Scottish Premiership, where they remain unbeaten. In addition to this, they are overwhelming favorites to win the Scottish Cup and claim the treble.
Due to the work that the former Liverpool boss has done with Celtic this season, there are bound to be other clubs eyeing him. It is hard to see him resisting an offer to manage an elite team in World football, should the chance arise in the future.
