West Ham United are reportedly considering offering goalkeeper Adrian a new two year contract after some impressive displays since being recalled. The Spanish international served as first choice goalkeeper for the Hammers last season and provided some brilliant saves to help his team to seventh position.
Though he started this season as first choice, high-profile errors led to him being dropped in favor of Darren Randolph.
After Randolph himself failed to be consistent, Adrian was recently reinstated as first choice and has kept three clean sheets, which will do his chances good of being awarded a new deal at the London Stadium.
The Hammers will need to act fast should they wish to retain Adrian. According to reports, there are clubs from the La Liga that are interested, as they feel that the 30 year old could become available, per The Sun. With Adrian stalling the contract renewal, there is a decent chance he might be heading to Spain this summer.
