West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has revealed that he feels that he is doing a fine job as manager of the East London job. The Croatian manager is reported to have said, “I think I’m doing a good job. I don’t like to moan but we have had many obstacles during this season which are quite rare in football.”

The 48 year old has come under criticism from West Ham fans and pundits alike due to the club’s inability to build on the promising form which they displayed last season, which saw them finish seventh.  The East London side claimed a shock 1-0 victory over title chasers Tottenham Hotspur on Friday, which will ease pressure on Bilic, whose job was reported to be under review earlier in the week.

With the win, the club also extended their unbeaten run in the Premiership to five matches. They currently lie mid-table.
