Everton will reportedly offer Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford £90,000 a week in a bid to convince him to sign for them over Manchester City and Arsenal.
Despite Sunderland being destined for relegation this season, the 23-year-old has displayed signs of brilliance and earned himself a nomination for the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
He is expected to join a Premier League team during the summer after Sunderland suffer an expected relegation. Ronald Koeman has reportedly made Pickford a priority target after his club reportedly pulled out of the race to sign England first choice Joe Hart.
The Toffees are looking for a new quality goalkeeper after both Joel Robles and Maarten Stekelenburg have failed to convince that they can fulfill the role on a long-term basis during the opportunities given to them this season.
Seeing that the Merseyside club are progressing under Koeman and have developed a reputation for handing younger players opportunities, the move may be appealing to Pickford.
