West Ham have reportedly informed Everton that they can buy forward Enner Valencia for £12 million or lower.
Since arriving at Goodison Park on loan, Valencia has been on solid form and the Merseyside club will now be able to acquire him permanently for a lower price than they would have expected to pay.
The 27-year-old has scored three goals from 17 League appearances this season and it was initially expected that he will be sold for £14.5 million, however it now looks as if the price has been reduced.
For Everton this is definitely a good deal. With talisman Romelu Lukaku expected to leave during the summer, they will need attacking options in order to build upon the progress that they have made this season under Ronald Koeman.
Valencia is at the prime of his career and may be a solid option in attack for the Toffees.
