Everton reportedly plotting move for 25-year-old international attacker; Barkley’s replacement?

Everton are reportedly eyeing the signature of German Bundesliga 2 star Robert Zulj. The 25-year-old’s displays this season for Greuther Furth have reportedly caught the attention of Ronald Koeman as well as other Bundesliga clubs.

As his contract with the Bundesliga 2 outfit expires at the end of the season, he will be available for a free transfer and will in all likelihood join a new club as he looks to progress in the World of football.

With the futures of star players Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley still uncertain, the Toffees will need to bring in quality players in order to build upon the progress that they have made this season.

Zulj has struck six goals and recorded two assists for his struggling side in the Bundesliga 2 this season and may be able to succeed in the Premier League if given the opportunity.

Zulj will come cheap and is on the verge of making his debut for the Austria national team. He will be a worthwhile gamble for Koeman’s team.
