Celtic will reportedly compete with Nottingham Forest for the services of highly rated American youngster Emerson Hyndman during the summer.
Brendan Rodgers has been reported to be eyeing a move for Hyndman when his current deal with Rangers expires at the end of the season.
The American has become a fan favorite at Rangers this season and bagged four goals from 12 appearances for the club. He is also likely to play a key role for the club for the rest of the season and they claim to challenge Aberdeen for second place in the Championship.
Hyndman may favour a move to the Scottish Champions due to their good form as well as Brendan Rodgers good reputation of nurturing and developing young talents.
There is also no doubt that Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe will be keeping tabs on the progress of the youngster and will have a say in where he plays his football next season.
