Reading star slams the quality of the Leeds United squad

Reading forward Yann Kermorgant has controversially slammed Leeds United, claiming that the Yorkshire side is a one man club which is heavily reliant on star forward Chris Wood.

The veteran French forward said that Chris Wood has scored nearly all of Leeds’ goals this season and if he gets injured, they have no plan B.

There is no doubt that the 27 goals of Wood are a major reason as to why Leeds are in contention to win promotion to the Premier League for the first time since 2004.

The Whites will hope to have him available for their game against Reading at the Madejski stadium on Saturday. The 25 year old is currently being evaluated by the clubs medical staff after being sent home early from international duty with New Zealand due to injury.

New Zealand national team coach Anthony Hudson has played down fears that the injury to the Championship player of the year nominee is a serious one.
