West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has confirmed that Pedro Obiang, Winston Reid as well as Michail Antonio all suffered injuries during the Hammers 3-2 defeat at the hands of Leicester City on Saturday.
England international Antonio managed to play through the full 90 minutes of the game while the duo of Reid and Obiang had to be taken off.
Bilic also confirmed that the 26-year-old Antonio would not be able to take part in England’s upcoming international games against Germany and Lithuania.
Robert Huth, Jamie Vardy and Riyadh Mahrez bagged the goals for an improving Leicester while Manuel Lanzini and Andre Ayew scored goals for West Ham, which reduced the deficit.
The defeat for West Ham is a bitter disappointment and consigned the East London side to their third straight Premier League defeat.
The Hammers will need to improve for the last few games of the season in order to avoid a nervy ending as they are currently only nine points clear of the relegation zone.
