Former West Ham defender Daniel Gabbidon has criticized Manuel Lanzini and Sofiane Feghouli for their performances during the Hammers 3-2 defeat against Bournemouth on Saturday.
Michail Antonio put West Ham in the lead with a well taken goal and Andre Ayew also found the back of the net for the Hammers.
However a fine hat-trick from Bournemouth’s Joshua King consigned Slaven Bilic’s side to their second defeat in two games. It also provided the Cherries with a morale boost as they aim to avoid relegation this season.
Gabbidon took to Twitter to express his dissatisfaction with the West Ham side. He felt that Feghouli should not have been utilized as a left wing as he could not provide defensive support for Aaron Cresswell.
Feghouli & Lanzini gonna cost #westham this game from a defensive point of view can’t understand him playing LW getting murdered!

The ex-defender also felt that Robert Snodgrass should have been playing rather than Manuel Lanzini.
Following the defeat, West Ham lie in 12th position in the Premier League standings, in what has been a season of inconsistency for Slaven Bilic’s side.
