Rodgers warns Celtic of complacency ahead of St. Mirren clash

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has admitted that he will not take St. Mirren lightly ahead of his team’s Scottish club clash against the club on Sunday.

The Hoops have been in fantastic form once again this season, having not lost a match this season. They have not been denied a win at Celtic Park in the League since last April when they drew 1-1 with Ross County.

Celtic will be overwhelming favorites to win the match, especially considering the contrasting form of the two clubs. While the Hoops are sailing towards yet another League title, St Mirren are bottom of the table.

Rodgers however insisted that they will not underestimate the opponents, saying, “It’s the same focus every game. It is another great game for us at home. We love to play at home. St Mirren have earned the right, they have had a difficult period in the league this season.”
