The Daily Mirror have claimed that Everton are the latest club to have expressed interest in signing Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The 23-year-old has reportedly become a target of Manchester United but he will also not be short of offers from other clubs should he be available for transfer.
Chamberlain’s contract with the Gunners runs until the end of next season and should he not want to sign a new deal, Arsenal will likely have to sell.
Everton are set to give Ronald Koeman a big transfer kitty to use in investing in new players who could help improve the Toffees’ performances next season, during the summer.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has only started 10 games in the Premier League and has never managed more than 17 League starts since joining the Gunners from Southampton in 2011. He may well choose to join a club where he will receive more first team playing opportunities.
