Villa fans not entirely convinced with Steve Bruce

Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce is coming under fire from all sides after his side lost at home yesterday Ipswich Town by a score of 0-1. This ended a fine run of 13 matches unbeaten at Villa Park.

Still yet, Villa were in mid-table at the beginning of the day, and they’re now mired back even more so than they already were. This is also Villa’s third loss in a row, but they’re almost a whole new team after January’s comings and goings.

Bruce clearly needs time, says fellow manager Mick McCarthy, according to the Birmigham Mail. Still yet, the fans are in a toss up.

One fan says, “Lots of managers would do a better job,” while another says “Bruce will take time, calm down people.” One fan says “it’s all about next season now.”

The last fan has hit the nail on the head, “Unless Villa put together a tremendous run of form, they’re not going to make the Championship play-offs. Even if they made them, it’s far from a given they’d win them, anyways. So the season now is about preparing a side for next season.”

If Bruce is to stay for then, they must be patient and allow him to work on his best side now when it’s not as important!
