West Ham manager Slaven Bilic will face a selection dilemma ahead of his clubs match against West Brom on Saturday after Andre Ayew returned to the team after playing at the African Cup of Nations.
Ayew played for his home nation of Ghana where they reached the semi-finals before being beaten by eventual winners Cameroon and lost 1-0 to Burkina Faso in the third place playoffs.
West Ham will certainly have an improved sense of confidence after their impressive 3-1 win over Stoke City during the weekend. With the recent arrival of Robet Snodgrass to the setup, Ayew faces increased competition for a slot in the team.
Bilic may opt to rather choose the same group that won the game against Stoke and leave Ayew on the substitutes bench which may be a logical option given that the players are in all probability high on confidence.
Ayew has yet to make a notable impact since his arrival from Swansea City for £20.5 million in August
