Championship side Leeds Utd are interested in signing Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent in the summer, according to the latest report.
The Sun claims that Leeds manager Gary Monk is a fan of the player and is prepared to offer £2.5million to the Reds in the summer for the services of the 20-year-old.
The young winger is currently playing for Championship side Barnsley, and that is how he supposedly caught Monk’s eye.
He has been a regular member of the Tykes’ starting eleven this season and has made 27 starts in the league. He has scored two goals and provided one assist in the league for the Tykes.
He spent last season on loan in League One with Coventry City. He was recalled early from his loan by manager Jurgen Klopp in January. Soon after, he made his only senior appearance for the Reds in the FA Cup third round at Exeter City which ended in a 2-2 draw.
