An already downright remarkable season for Celtic Football Club only seems to be getting better and better. After they came back from a 2-1 deficit away from home at the weekend at half time to smash St. Johnstone underneath a hat trick of Moussa Dembele goals for a 2-5 win, Celtic have announced this:

The club have announced tentative profits totaling £19million and have seen “a near 100 per cent rise in revenue to £61.2million,” according to the Daily Record.

For those that were skeptical of Brendan Rodgers’ appointment, they are surely eating crow now as the Glasgow club are experiencing a true green and white revolution. Celtic are making all of this money off the backs of some substantial investment on certain players and on the manager.

But it’s paid off due to their success on the pitch. They’ve already qualified for the Champions League, they sit 27 points ahead of second place, and they have not lost in 29 matches in Scottish play this season.

Things are truly looking up for Celtic, and it’s only getting better and better all the time!
