A rift then took place with players from both sides which resulted in bookings for Liam Birdcutt and Pontus Jansson for Leeds along with Elias Kachunga for Huddersfield.
Following the game, Wagner went on to apologize for his actions by saying, “It is all part of the emotion of the game but maybe this should happen with the players on the grass.

“This game is very emotional for me and my staff. I am sorry and I apologise for what happened afterwards.”
Leeds will definitely be disappointed with the result as it is a blow to their chances of being promoted to the English Premiership next season. With the win, Huddersfield now claim fourth place from Leeds and create a nine point lead over Derby County.
