Manchester United Star Reportedly Getting a £200,000-a-week Contract Extension

De Gea

According to The Sun, Manchester United are willing to extend David De Gea’s stay at Manchester United, despite rumors boiling up around his potential move back to Spain.

The goalkeeper will have two years left on his contract at Manchester United by the end of the season, but one-year contract extension could hold off his transfer till 2020, along with a massive pay raise.

Real Madrid have been the admirers of De Gea, and were pretty close to getting their hands on the services of the Spanish goalkeeper back in 2015. Over the past week the rumors have boiled up again, and it seems like United are going to pool in more effort to ensure Star player’s stay at Old Trafford.

His current wage £180,000-a-week is also expected to be risen to £200,000-a-week, which will make him one of the highest paid players in the Premier League.

There’s definitely more to follow on this rumor this season, and we will definitely keep our taps on it.
