Everton’s Bolasie talks about a Lukaku move to Chelsea

According to the Liverpool Echo, injured Everton winger Yannick Bolasie, on BBC Radio 5, has warned Chelsea that star striker Romelu Lukaku is off limits by saying that a move would be “out of bounds.”

This all comes after reports yesterday that Diego Costa had had a massive falling out with Antonio Conte and the Chelsea staff after a couple of incidents.  One of them was a reported huge money offer from a Chinese club.

Costa has apparently been left off the squad for the Leicester City match, and that has led to rumors that he is done at Chelsea.  That’s where Lukaku comes in.  The former Chelsea man is probably the most similar striker to Costa in the league.

He doesn’t quite have the tenacity and work rate of Costa, but he is just as powerful and almost as good a goal scorer despite being around ten years younger.

This move may not be popular, but it will eventually happen.  Everton will not keep hold of Lukaku forever, especially when they receive a ridiculous bid for him.  Could the Oscar-China money end up buying Lukaku?  It looks likely.  Perhaps in the summer then?
