West Ham are already planning for life after their talisman midfielder Dimitri Payet.

It’s all over the news that the France international wants to leave the Hammers this month and has refused to play for them again.

The likes of Marseille and Chelsea are reportedly interested in his services, and his departure from the club seems to be a matter of ‘when’ rather than ‘if’.

However, according to journalist Khaled Karouri of French outlet Foot Mercato, the Hammers have already identified a replacement for the 29-year-old.

Karouri claims (via Mirror) that the Hammers are exploring a possibility to sign Memphis Depay from Man Utd.

The Dutchman has had a terrible time in Manchester following his big-money move from PSV in 2015.

The 22-year-old has played for only 20 minutes in Premier League this season, and it has been suggested that manager Jose Mourinho is prepared to let him leave for a correct price this month.

United have reportedly already turned down an offer from Ligue 1 club Lyon for Depay.
